The following services are included in our package pricing for your wedding reception:
~Staff is available to answer questions and assist with planning.
~Staff will provide coordination with all vendors prior to event.
~Staff is on site the day of event to insure a stress free and memorable wedding day.
~Country Barn with landscaped decks, romantic lighting and country decor for your wedding party/reception which holds a maximum of 150 seated.
~Bridal dressing room in a renovated vintage bus with sink, vanity and air conditioning.
~Ample parking and shuttle services for your guests in our vintage red Cadillacs and Taber Ranch van to and from the Barn or they may walk along our garden path.
~Greeters welcoming guests in the parking lot and at the Barn.
~Tables & white chairs for wedding reception:
20-60" round tables that seat 8
12-8 ft banquet tables that seat 8
300 white chairs
~A 36" and 45" round wooden table & 3 wine barrels with tops are available for the cake, guest book, coffee and other needs plus a 10 ft. wagon for gifts, appetizers, etc.
~Staff will set up and breakdown tables and chairs and remove garbage following your event.
~Private prep area for caterers with electrical hook ups, lighting, sink and small refrigerator.
~Ice for bar and beverages plus 6 galvanized tubs in various shapes & 3 half barrels on wheels for ice to keep beverages cold.
~Handicap ramp at the top of the hill to get from shuttle area to lawn area.
~Three restrooms located at the barn- two are handicap accessible.
~Rehearsal held at ceremony site 1-2 days prior to your event.
~Extensive preferred vendor list, information on how to obtain event insurance and planning tips including places to stay and shuttle services for your wedding guests.
